Some of the employees are rude and unprofessional I will never go there again which may cause me to switch to a different bank because that's the only Huntington in this town
Don't make a mistake through this bank. They refused to return a $40 late fee when a payment was paid on time however the banker took the wrong account number. I did verify the number in a hurry and realized later that it wasn't correct. Tried to explain the situation, but no can do. Will never use this bank for loans ever again. Your bank should work for you, not against you. Very unsatisfied. Will be looking to refinance my loan elsewhere as well. They will get that $40 and nothing more.
